Overview

Halcyon is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities in the Federal segment, focusing on cybersecurity and ransomware protection.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales development or business development role, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, especially ransomware threats, is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
