Commercial Account Executive - Remote

Halcyon was formed in 2021 by a team of cyber industry veterans after battling the scourge of ransomware (and advanced threats) for years at some of the largest global security vendors. Comprised of leaders from Cylance (now Blackberry), Accuvant (now Optiv), Fireye and ISS X-Force (now IBM), Halcyon is focused on building products and solutions for mid-market and enterprise customers.

In Short

• Identify, prospect, and close new commercial accounts across Poland.
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for mid-market customers.
• Partner with CISOs, CTOs, and IT decision-makers for tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with channel and reseller partners to expand reach.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting for visibility into performance.
• Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams for customer engagement.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
• Cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology background strongly preferred.
• Experience selling into mid-market accounts within Poland.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with technical and executive buyers.
• Skilled in solution selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
