In Short

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and manage product Pilots.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans.
  • Represent Orum with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
  • Continuously improve through training and feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role selling B2B SaaS.
  • Overachieving sales goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, and avid prospector.
