• Ensuring a seamless and scalable technical experience for enterprise customers.
• Handling escalated customer experience issues.
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes.
• Gathering feedback from customers and team members.
• Preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Working closely with other teams to integrate customer feedback.
• Mediating conflicts within the team and with customers.
• Managing resources necessary for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Representing the voice of the customer in internal discussions.
• Conducting business reviews and driving strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technical project manager.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to extract actionable insights from large data sets.
• Experience with Tableau/PowerBI, Monday, JIRA, SalesForce.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SQL, Python, and JS is an advantage.
• Tech-oriented and innovative thinker.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evening shifts and Mon-Fri. (US hours)
• Experience in AI methodology and tools is an advantage.
