Overview

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Strategic Accounts, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform, providing both strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Help customers create Success Plans with key performance indicators.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for customer needs across various departments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Renewal teams for contract renewals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Wiz platform and cloud security threats.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
