Overview

The Sr. Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Onit will advocate for customer accounts, ensuring a world-class support experience while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Serve as a technical expert on Onit's platform and solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve support escalations in a timely manner.
  • Document customer-specific configurations and commitments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for service and product changes.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues.
  • Identify potential customer concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Help manage technical support ticket status calls.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of customer-facing technical account management experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • High emotional intelligence and stress management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient troubleshooting and reverse engineering skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field is a plus.
