Overview

The Practice Director for the Professional Services Implementation Team will lead a high-performing team responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our solutions across diverse client environments.

In Short

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of implementation consultants.
• Manage relationships with third-party consultants.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the implementation processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.

• Monitor project budgets and manage project billing.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex implementations.
• Strong background in project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of technology and systems integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Master's degree and experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
