Overview

As a Practice Director for Toptal’s Data & AI practice, you will be in a high-impact position to set the vision, own the P&L, develop the Go-to-Market strategy, and drive the growth of your practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in data and AI services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of data management and AI technologies.
• Experience in marketing, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in AI and data science tools.
• Ability to lead collaboratively in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in developing compelling solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage workflows.
