Overview

The Practice Director for Toptal’s Data & AI practice will set the vision, own the P&L, develop the Go-to-Market strategy, and drive the growth of the practice, playing a pivotal role in achieving growth objectives and ensuring profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in data and AI services.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of AI and data management tools.
• Experience in marketing, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to lead collaboratively in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and define key metrics.
• Strong relationship development and leadership skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
