The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives within a designated region, focusing on promoting early cancer detection products to healthcare providers.

  • Travel approximately 75% of the time within the assigned area.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing sales role in the medical or diagnostic field.
  • 3+ years in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven revenue generation experience in diagnostics or biotechnology.
  • Ability to coach and develop sales teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting sales metrics.
  • Experience in consultative selling processes.
  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred.
