Overview

The National Sales Director (NSD) is a key leadership position responsible for strategically leading a team of Regional Sales Directors, Account Executives, and Account Managers to achieve Oncology Sales business objectives for the Southeast Area.

In Short

  • 7+ years leading field-based sales teams.
  • Proven track record in talent development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen skills.
  • Outstanding market and product knowledge.

  • Understanding of oncology payor and reimbursement.
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
