Overview

The Vice President of Growth at GT’s Living Foods will develop and lead the execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and profitability across multiple brands, leveraging data insights and strong leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Develop and own strategic sales roadmap for revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with Brand Management and Innovation teams.
  • Build scalable sales processes for consistency and accountability.
  • Motivate and develop the sales team to high performance.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Drive disciplined execution of sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales strategy, commercial execution, or sales leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record in optimizing pricing and margin management.
  • Experience in grocery or natural foods environment.
