Shopper Marketing Associate Manager - Conventional Channel - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Associate Manager to join our team, reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve the overall shopping experience.

In Short

• 4-6 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience.
• Experience working with Conventional Channel Retailers (e.g., Kroger).
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage (natural & conventional grocers, mass-market retailers).
• Proven track record in leading/growing shopper marketing sales.
• Able to travel up to 20% to support trade events, customer calls, etc.
• Available to work flexible schedules, including some evenings & nights.
• Interest and passion for raw foods and kombucha.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in project management and budget oversight.

• Proficient in leveraging syndicated data sources such as SPINs, Nielsen, and IRI.
