In Short

• Manage a team of up to three content marketers across five B2B or B2C client accounts.
• Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities for clients.
• Write comprehensive articles on a variety of topics with minimal supervision.
• Adapt tone and complexity of content to speak to the correct audience.
• Implement feedback from editors, clients, and teammates.
• Understand the project lifecycle and collaborate across departments.
• Manage day-to-day content planning including ideation, scheduling, editing, and promotion.
• Responsible for client account management including monthly reporting.
• Stay on top of content marketing trends and educate team members.
• Reflect a 'strive to be better' attitude by pushing content quality forward.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a content marketing role, focusing on SEO-driven blog content.
• Intermediate understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
• Experience collaborating on design best practices.
• Experience creating thoughtful client reports.
• Experience working with clients and/or in an agency environment.
• Ability to learn new topics quickly and be a technical subject matter expert.
