Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Associate Manager to join our team, reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve the overall shopping experience.

In Short

• 4-6 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience.
• Experience working with Natural Channel Retailers.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage.
• Proven track record in leading/growing shopper marketing sales.
• Able to travel up to 20% for trade events and customer calls.
• Available for flexible schedules, including evenings & nights.
• Interest and passion for raw foods and kombucha.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
