Overview

The Shopper Marketing Manager will lead the creation and implementation of shopper-centric strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and growth, encouraging product trial, and boosting sales, all while aligning with the objectives of our retail partners.

In Short

• 5-8 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage
• Manage program budgets and tactics
• Conduct post-program evaluations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and Finance
• Develop and test in-store shopper marketing programs
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead the development of retailer presentations
• Contribute to product positioning and pricing strategies

Requirements

• Proficient in leveraging syndicated data sources
• Demonstrates sound business judgment and decision-making abilities
• Possesses a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience optimizing a brand’s digital presence
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
• Effective communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Experience in growing strategic partnerships with retailers
• Ability to travel up to 20% for trade events
• Available to work flexible schedules
• Must have proven track record in leading shopper marketing sales
