Customer Marketing Manager (AMER) - Remote

Overview

Grafana Labs is looking for an experienced Customer Marketing professional to join us as we grow our advocacy, reference, and community-building efforts in the Americas (AMER). As a Customer Marketing Manager (AMER), you will work closely with the Director, Customer Advocacy to lead the day-to-day AMER operations, working closely with the local GTM leadership and front-line sales and sales development teams. You will also partner with your EMEA-based Customer Marketing counterpart, who leads our customer marketing efforts for EMEA and APAC, to learn from her successes and cross-collaborate on current and future team projects. Your work will span across the entirety of our team’s remit, as you’ll be responsible for developing customer advocates to produce case studies, guest blogs, customer talks for our tentpole and regional conferences, etc., while also working closely with our regional GTM teams to support incoming reference requests and develop new initiatives.

Requirements

• Located in CST/EST timezone.
• 5+ years in customer-facing marketing in B2B enterprise software.
• Strong writing and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Ability to establish strategic customer relationships.
• Team-oriented and dynamic work environment experience.
• Success in building strategic customer programs.
• Experience across various industries.
• Familiarity with customer marketing tools.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies.
