Customer Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Customer Marketing Manager at Drata is responsible for driving a number of global programs and initiatives to help build stronger relationships with our customers, while elevating their stories. These key initiatives are essential to our business and drive Drata’s growth from an expansion and retention standpoint. This role is critical in identifying moments and opportunities to build relationships with customers, ensuring the voice of the customer is woven into the fabric of Drata while driving revenue growth and expansion through a series of customer marketing programs.

In Short

• Own and manage customer events, including our Customer Advisory Board and Customer User Forums.
• Creatively bring our customers' stories to life through case studies and testimonial videos.
• Develop and own our in-product customer communication strategy.
• Drive and manage the customer reference program.
• Coordinate customer participation in webinars.
• Conduct customer insight interviews.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management teams.
• Manage reporting and metrics of all programs.

Requirements

• Data-driven marketing approach.
• Experience managing a Customer Reference Program.
• Experience in writing customer success stories.
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
