• 4+ years of experience in Customer Marketing or related roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Passion for understanding and building relationships with customers.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement and advocacy strategies.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling customer narratives.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects.
