In Short

• Develop and manage a robust customer reference database.
• Craft high-quality, engaging customer stories across multiple mediums.
• Identify and prepare customers to speak at industry events.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Track the success of customer marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer marketing.
• Proven track record of creating customer marketing programs.
• Strong writing skills for creating compelling narratives.
• Expertise in developing video content and multimedia storytelling.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team experience.
• Passionate about AI and its impact on businesses.
• Experience in B2B and/or MarTech.
