In Short

• Design, build, and operate reconciliation systems for Grafana Cloud stacks.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure stack lifecycle workflows remain reliable.
• Improve operational efficiency and manage rollout mechanisms for Grafana services.
• Support new region and cluster rollouts for Grafana Cloud.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and technical design.
• Write efficient, readable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in OnCall rotation and team decision-making.
• Foster collaboration with product and UX teams.
• Engage in incident response and contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Embrace AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of fully remote work experience.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and distributed systems concepts.
• Professional experience with Golang.
• Strong focus on developer and user experience.
• Experience in project delivery from brainstorming to shipping.
• Ability to write clean, well-tested software.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
• Experience with blameless incident response.
