In Short

• This is a remote position considering candidates in Germany, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, and the UK.
• You will manage, hire, and develop a team of engineers working on Metrics products.
• The role involves people management and requires technical skills to manage a highly technical team.
• You will act as project manager and work with product owners to define the product roadmap.
• Engage in technical conversations and support your team in making strong technical decisions.
• Interact with customers, primarily large companies using Mimir.
• Maintain an understanding of the latest technical trends and challenges faced by the teams.
• A Computer Science degree or equivalent experience is ideal.
• Experience with Go, Kubernetes, and distributed systems is valuable.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tooling is expected.

• Experienced people manager capable of coaching senior engineers.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias toward action.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones in a fully remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and align stakeholders.
• Deeply customer-focused, grounding decisions in user needs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems principles.
• Curiosity and comfort using AI-powered tools.
