In Short

• Lead and manage engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
• Set direction and anticipate scaling challenges through thoughtful technical and personnel planning.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Ensure best practices in architecture, system design, and code quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize feature development and enhance customer experience.
• Lead the hiring process to grow the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong alignment with PermitFlow’s culture.
• Proven experience managing and scaling teams in a startup.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of testing and performance optimization for web applications.
• Experience in high-growth startups or SaaS.
