• Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across both technical and non-technical roles.
• Lead Sourcing Strategy by developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Partner with leadership on hiring needs and priorities.
• Screen potential candidates to assess qualifications and fit.
• Report on key recruiting metrics and suggest actionable changes to leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing experience.
• Experience using Ashby ATS.
• Ownership mentality with a focus on process improvement.
