Senior Recruiter - Remote

Overview

At Noxtua, you will take ownership of building and optimizing our recruiting function while contributing directly to the growth of a fast-scaling Legal AI company. You will work closely with hiring managers to design effective processes, identify strong talent, and shape the experience of future team members.

• Run the full hiring cycle for technical roles.
• Own the technical recruiting for teams across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate interview processes.
• Build and optimize recruiting processes end-to-end.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Evaluate and improve recruiting tools.
• Maintain a clean and well-structured pipeline.
• Manage candidate time in pipeline stages.
• Support in HR Generalist tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Recruiting, ideally in startups/scaleups.
• Proven experience in Technical Recruiting.
• Successful hiring up to Director level.
• Ability to build and maintain recruiting processes.
• Familiarity with modern tools and automation.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong stakeholder handling and service orientation.
• Calm, constructive, and humble personality.
