Senior People Business Partner, Sales and GTM - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our already strong People Business Partnering function at Grafana Labs. You will report to our Senior Manager of People Business Partnering and form a critical part of our GTM Business Partnering team. You will support the design, implementation and drive of our People strategy, all while helping us maintain our culture as we scale.

In Short

• You will partner directly with our GTM management and leadership teams.
• You will identify needs, gaps, and opportunities within current processes and policies.
• You will support the People Team by acting as the expert for your function.
• You will support new and experienced people managers across the GTM function.
• You will partner with our People Team to deliver our annual processes.
• You will contribute to the enhancement and delivery of these processes.

• You have experience partnering with GTM management teams.
• You enjoy wearing many hats and can be both a strategic partner and tactical support.
• You are process-oriented and enjoy creating structure.
• You will handle complex and sensitive employee issues.
• You are a people-person and problem solver.
• You will manage competing priorities with initiative and creativity.
