Senior People Business Partner - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote as a Senior People Business Partner. You'll be embedded directly inside the business, working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, build high-performing teams, and own talent strategy execution within your client groups. This is a strategic, high-impact role - not a generalist support function.

• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders across your client groups.
• Own and resolve complex employee relations cases.
• Lead talent strategy execution within your client groups.
• Serve as an escalation point on complex People Partner and employee relations issues.
• Use people data and talent insights to identify trends.
• Embrace and leverage AI tools in talent infrastructure.
• Partner with People Programs to design frameworks and toolkits.
• Drive People team initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Coach and mentor fellow People team members.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a People Business Partner capacity.
• Deep expertise in employee relations.
• Proven ability to drive talent strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive matters.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.
