Attentive is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support G&A and Marketing functions, acting as a strategic partner with leaders and executives as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of HR experience with 3 years in an HRBP role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leading large-scale change management.
• Ability to deliver solutions autonomously in ambiguous situations.
• Builder mentality with adaptability and flexibility.
• Proven track record in developing and measuring people programs.
• Passionate about building strong teams with aggressive goals.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams effectively.
