In Short

• Serve as the internal advisor to senior managers and department leads.
• Lead efforts including workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
• Coach managers on team dynamics and performance issues.
• Provide HR insights with data to interpret analysis and present recommendations.
• Partner with VP, People to drive core People programs.
• Advises senior leadership on org design and change management.
• Proactively use people metrics to inform recommendations.
• Coach managers through complex performance issues.
• Lead action planning for engagement survey results.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive People/HRBP experience.
• Must have directly supported 200 employees in prior HRBP role.
• Experience in high-growth, scaling startups, preferably in Edtech or AI.
• Prior experience as first HRBP on team required.
• Strong understanding of business operations and organizational design.
• Must be data-driven with an analytical mindset.
• Prior experience partnering to implement technology preferred.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
