Requirements

• 3+ years as an HRBP for global EPD teams.

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience hiring for leadership roles.
• Expertise in DEI strategies.
• Knowledge of HR analytics tools.
• Understanding of US and Irish labor laws.
• Outstanding relationship-building abilities.
• SHRM-CP or GPHR certification a plus.
