As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with leadership to drive performance, support employee engagement, and scale people practices across all stages of the employee lifecycle. You’ll have the opportunity to shape workforce planning, talent development, and culture, acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on partner. In Short

• Act as a strategic thought partner and coach to leaders, helping to build and scale high-performing, values-driven teams.
• Advise on performance management, organizational design, rewards, team dynamics, and employee relations.
• Lead key initiatives such as workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.
• Collaborate with recruiting to align on headcount forecasting and ensure the right talent is brought on board.
• Identify, lead, and execute process improvements across people operations to maximize impact and efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with HR teams to deliver programs in compensation, DEI, benefits, learning & development, and more.
• Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders on all people-related matters, driving a culture of accountability and high execution.
