Overview

The National Accessory Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team to drive accessory sales and maximize profit through effective collaboration and strategic planning.

In Short

  • Lead a team focused on accessory sales and profit maximization.
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including finance and marketing teams.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance consumer purchase intent.
  • Support dealer accessory business through effective marketing content.
  • Participate in vehicle launch strategies to maximize accessory opportunities.
  • Provide reports to drive sales performance.
  • Ensure fair accessory allocation from US supply chain.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Maintain strong organizational and analytical capabilities.

Requirements

  • Post Secondary Education in Marketing or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in accessories.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in VSM and/or CCA Field.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
