Overview

The Market Segment Manager (MSM) for Buick will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing market dynamics to develop and coordinate strategic plans and marketing initiatives, supporting the holistic Brand portfolio.

• Assist Brand Team in achieving Business Plan Targets.
• Work with Brand Advertising & Communications Team to develop marketing plans.
• Collaborate with other Marketing Segment Managers for strategic alignment.
• Perform detailed analysis to support vehicle brand management.
• Develop strategic brand plans and support advertising teams.
• Assist in executing product launches.
• Support PR Communications with content creation.
• Develop sales and training tools for field staff.
• Build relationships with US Marketing Teams.
• Develop unique Canadian brand positioning.

Requirements

• Post Secondary Education required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and influence groups.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.
• Previous field sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
