Senior Segment Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Segment Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to contribute to Ever.Ag’s revenue growth in our fast-growing Livestock and Animal Protein business unit. This position will be involved at every touchpoint, building brand awareness and developing demand to contribute to our financial goals.

In Short

• Define and drive the marketing strategy for the Livestock & Animal Protein business unit.
• Lead marketing and project calendars, ensuring effective execution.
• Oversee and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing projects and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Develop project timelines for successful completion.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Align marketing assets with business strategy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 8 years of project management or segment marketing experience.
• Agriculture industry experience required.
• Strong project management skills required.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Experience with social media strategies.
• Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana or CoSchedule preferred.
