As our Digital Marketing Web Specialist, you'll own the design, build, and continuous improvement of our core digital properties. This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. You'll craft pixel-perfect experiences, ship landing pages that convert, and help ensure Ever.Ag shows up powerfully wherever customers are searching — including AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

In Short

• Design and build web pages and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain page templates, layouts, and components within WordPress.
• Translate Figma mockups into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
• Author and publish content across the site, ensuring brand alignment.
• Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Build and manage landing pages and forms in HubSpot.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Create wireframes and design prototypes in Figma.
• Collaborate with teams on web-driven campaigns.
• Support the integration of websites from acquired companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in web design, marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of experience in web design or front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience designing in Figma.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Divi.
• Knowledge of HubSpot CMS.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
• Sharp eye for layout and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Backend experience (PHP, Python) is a plus.
