Overview

The Remote Field Force Consultant will support dealers engaging in the CarBravo platform, enhancing dealer engagement and satisfaction through proactive outreach and support.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on CarBravo Program offerings.
• Enhance dealer engagement and satisfaction through outreach.
• Respond to dealer inquiries and provide timely information.
• Improve program adoption and compliance for dealers.
• Advise on inventory management and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain scripts and FAQs for customer support.
• Optimize dealer operations and customer loyalty.
• Manage dealer reputation and provide analytics insights.
• Work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
• Night shift schedule required.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or business relationship management.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and interpret data.
• Experience with U.S. based clients preferred.
• Affinity with technology and analytics tools.
• Highly motivated and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel infrequently.
