Overview

You will lead a team of salaried maintenance Group Leaders, overseeing the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities while ensuring compliance with GM’s standard maintenance systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate/advanced English level.
• Knowledge of PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to train and develop employees.
