Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising maintenance employees to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services in a 24/7 operation, addressing complaints, and collaborating with management to improve safety and production quality.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of boilers, refrigeration, and PLCs.
• Skills in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
