Maintenance Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents, ensuring quality service and resident satisfaction.

In Short

• Prepares market-ready apartments including repairs and cleaning.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Knowledgeable in various maintenance functions including plumbing and electrical work.
• Maintains cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance.
• Knowledgeable of housing laws and codes.
• Provides superior customer service.
• Must be able to work any shift, Sunday-Saturday.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 certification (Minimum Type II).
• CPO certification may be required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Participates in training programs as required.
