Overview

The Regional Quality Assurance Manager at Saputo is responsible for managing Quality Assurance at a regional level for multiple facilities, ensuring the production of safe and high-quality products.

• Manage Quality Assurance for multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Quality Assurance Policies.
• Oversee troubleshooting and corrective actions in production.
• Regularly audit facility Food Safety and Food Quality Plans.
• Lead Process Quality Improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate QA efforts with Research & Development.
• Manage regulatory issues and ensure compliance.
• Develop and manage sampling plans for finished product quality.
• Communicate effectively with Plant and QA managers.
• Support Customer Quality projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of managerial QA leadership experience in dairy or beverage manufacturing.
• 3 years of experience with perishable products.
• Understanding of plant production systems, GMP, HACCP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently, up to 90%.
• Excellent record keeping and documentation skills.
• SAP experience preferred.
