Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English speaker.
  • Proven experience in sales development or similar roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR outsourcing or related services is a plus.
