  • Support GitLab’s large prospects and customers within a geographic territory
  • Expand current customer base and land net new accounts
  • Generate new customers through different lead sources
  • Document the buying criteria and process
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and provide account leadership
  • Conduct sales activities in large/strategic accounts
  • Develop an account plan based on customer needs
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success
  • Contribute to documenting improvements in our sales handbook

Requirements

  • Proven B2B software sales success
  • Interest in GitLab and open source software
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to use GitLab
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Willingness to travel if needed
