In Short

• Take full ownership of your AMER regional marketing initiatives, creating detailed and strategic program plans.
• Experiment, test and iterate programs to define best practices.
• Analyze and report on the impact and performance of regional marketing.
• Achieve high ROI from Marketing programs through operational rigor and budget management.
• Drive execution of demand generation and field marketing plans.
• Collaborate with external agencies to execute campaigns.
• Mentor and guide Field Marketing Coordinators/Specialists and Managers.
• Build and drive process within the Field Marketing organization.

Requirements

• 5 - 7+ years experience in B2B tech field marketing.
• Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a playbook for new tactics.
• Data-driven, using data to measure results and inform strategy.
• Proven aptitude to build and drive a budget.
• Experience delivering on third-party and owned events.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Allocadia, GitLab, and Google Workspace.
