GitLab is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement and Operations to drive scalability, optimization, and operational excellence across our global talent acquisition function.

In Short

• Design, implement, and continuously optimize talent acquisition processes.
• Lead, manage and coach a distributed Enablement, Operations and Candidate Experience team.
• Owner and administrator for Greenhouse ATS.
• Lead talent acquisition enablement initiatives.
• Drive change management for talent acquisition transformations.
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Partner with Finance and People Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in talent acquisition operations.
• People management experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Expert-level proficiency with Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS.
• Track record of building scalable processes in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional change management skills.
