In Short

  • The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will optimize recruitment operations across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Oversee recruitment data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer and optimize the use of Greenhouse ATS.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and manage talent.
  • Provide training and support on recruitment tools.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment processes.
  • Develop the Candidate Referral Program to drive high-quality referrals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations.
  • Expert proficiency in Greenhouse ATS.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with data-driven hiring tools like Ashby Analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Metaview for interview data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Confluence for documentation.
