Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to improve and maintain our talent acquisition processes, focusing on optimising recruitment processes and driving efficiencies across the recruitment lifecycle.

• Lead and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators across multiple geographies.
• Manage the candidate offer approval process and issuance of employment documents globally.
• Oversee the Employer Branding process.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and assist with resource allocation.
• Develop and improve recruitment processes and workflows.
• Streamline and automate administrative tasks related to talent acquisition.
• Manage recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Maintain and optimize recruitment technology and tools.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2 and other regulations.
• Provide guidance and training on process improvements and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations.
• At least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems.
• Proven ability to analyse data and generate insights.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
