• Lead & Manage Recruitment: Direct and manage the recruiting team, ensuring we meet hiring goals and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline.
• Source High-Quality Candidates: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and talented pool of candidates.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics to track and optimize the recruitment process.
• Hands-On Execution: Be deeply involved in the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Ensure Excellent Candidate Experience: Foster a positive recruitment journey for all candidates.
• Mentor & Develop Team: Lead by example, mentoring your team members and tracking their performance.
• Recruit Across Global Markets: Lead recruitment efforts across different markets, including tech positions in Israel and customer-facing roles in the U.S.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in a hands-on leadership role.
• Extensive experience recruiting in the U.S. market.
• Proven ability to scale recruiting in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Strong expertise in data-driven hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to design and execute initiatives for exceptional candidate experience.
