Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs.
  • 3+ years leading organizational initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in gap analysis and data-driven solutions.
  • Understanding of training best practices.
  • Sales training and enablement experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of post-sales processes and tools.
  • High adaptability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google suite and project management software.
