Senior Manager, Client Operations Internal Enablement - Remote

Overview

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Enablement to create an effective new hire onboarding program and manage internal enablement processes.

In Short

• Own and document onboarding and internal enablement processes.
• Establish and maintain a new Learning Management System (LMS).
• Lead and facilitate new hire onboarding and training sessions.
• Develop a system to track employee progress during onboarding.
• Collect data and present metrics regarding onboarding effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create and post content on the LMS.
• Communicate with the company about new LMS content and programs.
• Work with the Product Enablement Manager to update LMS content.
• Create a client-facing facet of the LMS for customer training.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing and managing onboarding programs.
• 5+ years managing an enablement team.
• 2+ years experience developing and managing an LMS.
• Experience in enablement and LMS data collection and analysis.
• Teaching or education experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to lead meetings and present concepts efficiently.
• Proactive nature and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
