Senior Manager, Clinical Operations - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Clinical Operations at Nuvalent will ensure excellence in clinical trial planning, execution, and data collection, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

In Short

• Manage one or multiple clinical studies.
• Lead cross-functional clinical study teams.
• Evaluate and oversee CROs and external vendors.
• Ensure clinical trials are executed according to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Identify risks and propose solutions for clinical studies.
• Manage study-level budgets and contracts.
• Oversee enrollment, site activation, and data collection milestones.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Participate in data review and reconciliation efforts.
• Travel may be required (10% – 15%).

Requirements

• 5-7 years of Clinical Operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines.
• Experience managing early through late Phase clinical trials.
• Experience in managing oncology global Phase 3 clinical trials.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to challenge status-quo using risk management.
• Able to thrive in a remote/virtual environment.
